Hello, I'm Mnmom, and I'm fat.
I'm also here to get healthy, and that means losing about 40-50lbs and getting some real exercise. Yesterday my doctor told me I have a fatty liver. After an internet search, I'm now sufficiently scared and ready to get it lean and mean.
These things I will miss:
Half and half in my decaf coffee
Big Macs
Lots of cheese - MAN I love cheese!!
These things I'm looking forward to:
More long walks
Zumba anyone?
More salad - I DO make a good salad and excellent dressing.

Oh can you share your dressing recipes?
I am so glad you are sharing with me here! I hope it is helpful for you; I am finding it helpful to be held accountable by my friends. Now when I make less healthy choices I feel EXTRA guilty! ;)
I saw a pink bike the other day and thought of you. pedal away that liver..the parts you don't need anyway!
