It's Log! Log! Log!
My Chess Friend suggested this fitness training website to me. You can track you workouts, diet and weight plus enlist friends to motivate you and monitor you.
I know I have used similar sites in the past, mainly to monitor my food choices, and found it helpful just to be able to see what I had been eating and doing.
